30 MINUTES CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE​​

First, review the program descriptions and services listed on my website (Best Year of Your Life, Law of Attraction, Healing Your Heart, and Emotion Code). Then complete the email form here and include a few sentences in the Comments box. I'll review the interests that you can select on the email form as well as your comments, then we will set up a time for our 30 minute Interview Session. This is a time when we get to “interview” each other to see if we are a good fit for one another. I will ask you several questions to find out which coaching program might best fit your desired goals. I want to make sure you are comfortable with me and the coaching programs, since this is all about you. Once we determine together which program is a good fit for you, we will be ready to schedule our weekly sessions and get you on the journey to your extraordinary life.

Every week we have a set topic to discuss based on which coaching you decided to go through. Each session consists of a dialog between the two of us. We will define our topic for the week, such as forgiveness or success, because it's important that we're on the same page. I will ask you questions that will spark thoughts through your inner wisdom so that you can gain the ideas that are the reason you are in this coaching program. With this knowledge we will discuss action steps, including mental or physical “homework” you can do to move you toward your coaching goal.​

 

We'll begin each session by talking about the week prior and your previous assignment so that we can gage what kind of progress you've made. It's important to note that what you get out of this depends on what you put into it.

The life coaching programs last about 12 weeks, which includes one hour/week on the phone with me, plus up to 1-2 hours for your assignment and just a few minutes to complete your weekly wrap-up sheet to note your progress. You will be even more successful with the program, however, if you make it a top priority and keep it on the forefront of your mind, where the most dramatic changes begin.

 

You will be steadily building upon everything we do together in order to build a new you. If the homework and coaching become part of your daily psyche, you will see the change come from the inside out.

 

The Emotion Code, which is a much different service from the coaching programs, takes place in a shorter and more immediate time-frame. You can see a difference in as little as 30 minutes.

The assignments will vary depending on the topic for that week and what types of action steps we agree that you should take next. They may involve journaling, doing mental exercises, or completing a page from a guidebook. These are not difficult to complete; they are simply lessons for your internal wisdom, created to make sure you understand what parts of your life can be changed. I'll follow up with you each week so we can talk about what you learned if you completed the assignment to hold you accountable. These assignments give us both something to learn from so that I can help you move forward at your pace.

 

Having a written record will also help you keep perspective so that you can see how far you've come once your program's session has ended and well into the future. You should be able to look back and be inspired by yourself.

Yes, because each program is different and you can learn something new about yourself each time you participate. You can complete any program and then come back for another one in order to further improve a different area of your life. I even offer custom services in which we could continue meeting monthly to help ensure that you stay on track with your progress.​

My services can take place in person or over the phone. Based on your location and availability, we'll decide together which works best.​

Absolutely. What we discuss will remain confidential. The only exception is if for some reason you express a wish to harm yourself or others, at which point I would be obligated to report it.​

There's a reason that you are here on this website. If you're thinking about changing your life, the time is now but it is only going to change when you are ready to make it change. Rest assured that you can go as deep into your emotions as you want to go. I will not push you too far, but the pain/problems will be there until you uncover them.

If it's not now, then when? "Someday" isn't on the calendar.

Coaching is going through a set program that I'll facilitate for you. I will guide you but I will not tell you how to get to where you are going because this has to come from within. I will give you the tools you need for your journey and hold you accountable for making the change you deserve.

 

Whether your focus is on a bad break-up, parental issues, career growth, or any other area that needs improvement, my job is to help you learn how to find silence so you can listen to your internal wisdom and better understand your current behavior. You already know the answers; I will help you find them by removing the clutter of subjective thoughts and ideas and finding the reality of the situation.

The Emotion Code is based on internal work that is effective via phone/Skype because it comes from your own self. I'm able to help you discover the trapped emotions so that I can release them.

 

There are 60 trapped emotions that people can hold, all of which show up in specific parts of the body. This is why sometimes we feel stress in our neck, for example. These trapped emotions exist in scientifically proven ways, and so we can identify and then release them so that you can find healing, move on, and feel better.
